Travel refunds

If an employer sends an employee on a business trip, the employer is obliged under the Labour Code to reimburse the employee for expenses related to the business trip, unless the employer pays them himself. Under the Labour Code, the employee is entitled to reimbursement of travel, accommodation, meal and necessary incidental expenses.
